L\u2019artista Tinta Fina ha estat seleccionada per realitzar una resid\u00e8ncia art\u00edstica en una de les biblioteques de Barcelona en el marc del programa Ex-Libris de Homesession. Aquest programa, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb Biblioteques de Barcelona, pret\u00e9n transformar les biblioteques p\u00fabliques en espais de creaci\u00f3 contempor\u00e0nia.\r\nDurant la seva resid\u00e8ncia, l\u2019artista ha desenvolupat el projecte \u201cJard\u00ed Interior\u201d.<\/p>\r\n

El \u201cJard\u00ed Interior\u201d \u00e9s un ecosistema en forma de cadena de confessions i viv\u00e8ncies compartides. Una cadena tr\u00f2fica d\u2019igual a igual, entre els continguts de la biblioteca i els usuaris que hi estan vinculats. La proposta consisteix en efecte en generar un conjunt de senyals gr\u00e0fics i situar-les entre els llibres de la biblioteca. Aquests senyals en forma d\u2019il\u00b7lustracions expandides, fan refer\u00e8ncia a un record o viv\u00e8ncia personal, que un lector an\u00f2nim relaciona amb un llibre concret.<\/p>\r\n

S\u00f3n moltes les persones que atorguen a un llibre, o al fragment concret d\u2019un llibre, un sentit i una import\u00e0ncia especial, fins a tal punt que alguns el converteixen en fetitxe: es tracta de lectures amb les quals han establert un vincle privilegiat, i a la que hi associen una sensaci\u00f3, mem\u00f2ria o experi\u00e8ncia \u00edntima. Amb \u201cJard\u00ed Interior\u201d les viv\u00e8ncies individuals de les lectores esdevenen punts de refer\u00e8ncia en forma de dispositius gr\u00e0fics. Aquests s\u2019ubiquen entre els llibres de la biblioteca, per tal que altres persones els puguin trobar i consultar.<\/p>\r\n

El projecte funciona en forma de cadena d\u2019hist\u00f2ries. Les lectures, amb les quals les lectores han teixit una relaci\u00f3 singular i que s\u00f3n disponibles a la biblioteca, en s\u00f3n el punt d\u2019inici. Entre els mateixos llibres s\u2019hi afegeixen les il\u00b7lustracions generades per Tinta Fina, que representen les experi\u00e8ncies personals d\u2019aquestes lectores, generant aix\u00ed un entramat de relats \u00edntims.<\/p>\r\n

Aquestes narracions, arrelades a les lectures que ofereix el centre, formen al seu torn una mem\u00f2ria emocional, que es comparteix amb les persones que visiten la biblioteca i descobreixen aquests senyals entre els llibres. Els vincles amb els llibres produeixen aix\u00ed connexions interpersonals d\u2019una manera aleat\u00f2ria: l\u2019atzar relatiu a les consultes i pr\u00e9stecs de llibres. El projecte navega doncs de l\u2019experiencia individual de la lectura a la construcci\u00f3 d\u2019una comunitat d\u2019evocacions.<\/p>\r\n

La biblioteca Joan Mir\u00f3 acollir\u00e0 la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 \u201cJard\u00ed Interior\u201d. Per a fer-ho possible ha estat necess\u00e0ria la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de persones lectores i diversos clubs de lectura i entitats que han volgut reunir-se amb l\u2019artista per a compartir imatges, records i hist\u00f2ries personals.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

Estas se\u00f1ales en forma de ilustraciones expandidas, hacen referencia a un recuerdo o vivencia personal, que un lector an\u00f3nimo relaciona con un libro concreto.\r\n\r\nSon muchas las personas que otorgan a un libro, o al fragmento concreto de un libro, un sentido y una importancia especial, hasta tal punto que algunos lo convierten en fetiche: se trata de lecturas con las cuales han establecido un v\u00ednculo privilegiado, y a la que asocian una sensaci\u00f3n, memoria o experiencia \u00edntima. Con \u201cJard\u00ed Interior\u201d las vivencias individuales de las lectoras acontecen puntos de referencia en forma de dispositivos gr\u00e1ficos. Estos se ubican entre los libros de la biblioteca, para que otras personas los puedan encontrar y consultar.\r\n\r\nEl proyecto funciona en forma de cadena de historias. Las lecturas, con las cuales las lectoras han tejido una relaci\u00f3n singular y que son disponibles en la biblioteca, son el punto de inicio. Entre los mismos libros se a\u00f1aden las ilustraciones generadas por Tinta Fina, que representan las experiencias personales de estas lectoras, generando as\u00ed un entramado de relatos \u00edntimos.\r\n\r\nEstas narraciones, arraigadas a las lecturas que ofrece el centro, forman a su vez una memoria emocional, que se comparte con las personas que visitan la biblioteca y descubren estas se\u00f1ales entre los libros. Los v\u00ednculos con los libros producen as\u00ed conexiones interpersonales de una manera aleatoria: el azar relativo a las consultas y pr\u00e9stamos de libros. El proyecto navega pues del\u00a0experiencia\u00a0individual de la lectura a la construcci\u00f3n de una comunidad de evocaciones.\r\n\r\nLa biblioteca Joan Mir\u00f3 acoger\u00e1 la instalaci\u00f3n \u201cJard\u00ed Interior\u201d. The artist Tinta Fina has been selected to carry out an artistic residency in one of Barcelona\u2019s libraries as part of the Homesession Ex-Libris programme. This programme, in collaboration with Bibliotecas de Barcelona, aims to transform public libraries into spaces for contemporary creation.\r\nDuring his residency, the artist has developed the project \u201cJard\u00ed Interior\u201d.<\/p>\r\n

The \u201cJard\u00ed Interior\u201d is an ecosystem in the form of a chain of confessions and shared experiences. A trophic chain of equals between the contents of the library and the users who are linked to it. The proposal consists in effect of generating a set of graphic signs and placing them among the library\u2019s books. These signs, in the form of expanded illustrations, refer to a personal memory or experience that an anonymous reader relates to a specific book.<\/p>\r\n

There are many people who give a book, or a specific fragment of a book, a special meaning and importance, to such an extent that some turn it into a fetish: they are readings with which they have established a privileged bond, and to which they associate a sensation, memory or intimate experience. With \u201cJard\u00ed Interior\u201d, the individual experiences of the readers become points of reference in the form of graphic devices. These are placed among the books in the library, so that other people can find them and consult them.<\/p>\r\n

The project works in the form of a chain of stories. The readings, with which the readers have woven a unique relationship and which are available in the library, are the starting point. Illustrations generated by Tinta Fina are added to the books themselves, representing the personal experiences of these readers, thus generating a web of intimate stories.<\/p>\r\n

These narratives, rooted in the readings offered by the library, form an emotional memory, which is shared with the people who visit the library and discover these signs among the books. The links with the books thus produce interpersonal connections in a random way: the randomness related to the consultation and borrowing of books. The project thus navigates from the individual experience of reading to the construction of a community of evocations.<\/p>\r\n

The Joan Mir\u00f3 library will host the installation \u201cJard\u00ed Interior\u201d. To make it possible, it has been necessary the collaboration of readers and several reading clubs and entities that have wanted to meet with the artist to share images, memories and personal stories.<\/p>\r\n
