Acompanyant una lectura individual per fragments, el grup es reunir\u00e0 en 6 ocasions per a compartir i abordar impressions, reflexions i preguntes, aix\u00ed com per a revisar\u00a0juntxs\u00a0alguns altres materials relacionats.\r\n\r\n<em>El conflicte no \u00e9s ab\u00fas<\/em>\u00a0\u00e9s un assaig\u00a0transescalar\u00a0de perspectiva\u00a0cuir\u00a0que exposa com repetim les mateixes t\u00e0ctiques d'evasi\u00f3, desbordi i\u00a0sobredimensi\u00f3n\u00a0del mal en conflictes que es donen tant en un context micro \u2013com una relaci\u00f3 \u00edntima\u2013 fins i tot en un context de geopol\u00edtica \u2013com la violent\u00edssima situaci\u00f3 del genocidi palest\u00ed. Parla de la necessitat d'identificar m\u00e9s clarament qu\u00e8 \u00e9s maltractament, qui est\u00e0 abusant i tractant violentament (com \u00e9s Israel, com pot ser el maltractador que tenim al cap), i diferenciar-lo del que s\u00f3n un altre tipus de conflictes que tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n inc\u00f2modes per\u00f2 que requereixen altres eines i altres recursos per a ser ateses col\u00b7lectivament. Per a\u00a0Schulman, \u00aben molts nivells d'interacci\u00f3 humana existeix l'oportunitat de confondre la incomoditat amb l'amena\u00e7a, l'ansietat interna amb el perill exterior i, al seu torn, escalar en lloc de resoldre\u00bb. Objectiu: sanaci\u00f3 personal i reparaci\u00f3 per a una vida en com\u00fa.\r\n\r\nAquest programa pret\u00e9n generar un espai respectu\u00f3s d'aprenentatge a trav\u00e9s del di\u00e0leg \u2013per al qual \u00e9s fonamental l'escolta atenta\u2013 i les especulacions \u00e8tiques.
