Helena Civit ","desc_ca":"L'artista Helena Civit presentar\u00e0 el seu projecte \u201cUna visi\u00f3n incierta\u201d el proper 5 de Setembre, despr\u00e9s de ser seleccionada per a rebre la beca Invited de Homesession, en el marc d'una col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb <a href=\"https:\/\/laescocesa.org\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La Escocesa<\/a>.\r\n\r\n<strong><em>Una visi\u00f3n incierta<\/em><\/strong>\r\n\r\n<strong>5-7 Setembre, 18-21h<\/strong>\r\n<strong>8 Setembre 12-15h (vermut de clausura)<\/strong>\r\n\r\nLes tauletes de cera van ser un suport est\u00e8s per a l'escriptura durant tota l'antiguitat cl\u00e0ssica i l'Edat mitjana, fins i tot m\u00e9s espor\u00e0dicament fins a escassos segles enrere. Sobre una taula petita de fusta, o sovint dues d'elles unides en forma de d\u00edptic, s'estenia una fina capa de cera d'abelles, que podia estar pigmentada amb carb\u00f3. S'escrivia incidint sobre aquesta superf\u00edcie mitjan\u00e7ant una eina punxant, l'estil, l'extrem posterior del qual solia estar aplanat per a poder esborrar els senyals i reutilitzar la tauleta. Aix\u00ed, la cera constitu\u00efa un mitj\u00e0 tou, flexible, i port\u00e0til, en el qual apuntar amb agilitat i tornar a esborrar, recollint successius pensaments i dades no destinades a la mem\u00f2ria mil\u00b7len\u00e0ria.\r\n\r\n<em>Una visi\u00f3n incierta<\/em> gravita entorn a aquesta superf\u00edcie c\u00e9rea, viscosa, vulnerable.\r\nL'abocament del l\u00edquid en l\u00e0mines articula un mode de treball. Gradualment, la subst\u00e0ncia contenidora de signes desborda, deixa enrere el seu suport r\u00edgid i se sost\u00e9, dif\u00edcilment, a si mateixa.\r\n\r\nMat\u00e8ries enganxoses, que taquen, cobreixen, o impregnen: la cera d'abelles o el seu s\u00edmil blanquin\u00f3s, la cera de parafina, la goma ar\u00e0biga, la colof\u00f2nia, el grafit, el betum, el carbonet; s\u00f3n en diferents genealogies vehicles de signe i de tra\u00e7. Aqu\u00ed, flueixen i solidifiquen i romanen sense rebre aquesta carrega significant. La inscripci\u00f3 que no es produeix tensiona la superf\u00edcie muda nom\u00e9s com a pot\u00e8ncia latent. El silenci \u00e9s sostingut.\r\n\r\nLa\u00a0tabula rasa, no obstant aix\u00f2, no emergeix com a tal \u2013 mes aviat, la quietud revela murmuris lleus, sediment del temps, marques acumulades de processos successius. Apel\u00b7len a un acostament sensible, a una curiositat arqueol\u00f2gica, a l'escolta i al tacte.\r\n\r\n\u2013\r\n\r\nHelena Civit Kopeinig (Villach, \u00c0ustria, 1997) \u00e9s artista visual i multidisciplin\u00e0ria. Sobre un recorregut arrelat en les Belles arts (UB, 2019), el disseny editorial (Escola Massana, 2021), la fotografia i els llenguatges pict\u00f2rics, actualment en la seva pr\u00e0ctica desplega percepcions entorn de la imatge, la creaci\u00f3 visual i la cultura de la visibilitat submergint-les en els llenguatges del t\u00e0ctil i el mat\u00e8ric. Sobre una tabla peque\u00f1a de madera, o a menudo dos de ellas unidas en forma de d\u00edptico, se extend\u00eda una fina capa de cera de abejas, que pod\u00eda estar pigmentada con carb\u00f3n. Se escrib\u00eda incidendo sobre esa superficie mediante una herramienta punzante, el estilo, cuyo extremo posterior sol\u00eda estar aplanado para poder borrar las se\u00f1ales y reutilizar la tablilla. As\u00ed, la cera constitu\u00eda un medio blando, flexible, y port\u00e1til, en el que apuntar con agilidad y volver a borrar, recogiendo sucesivos pensamientos y datos no destinados a la memoria milenaria.\r\n\r\n<em>Una visi\u00f3n incierta\u00a0<\/em>gravita entorno a esa superficie c\u00e9rea, viscosa, vulnerable.\r\nEl vertido del l\u00edquido en l\u00e1minas articula un modo de trabajo. Gradualmente, la sustancia contenedora de signos desborda, deja atr\u00e1s su soporte r\u00edgido y se sostiene, apenas, a s\u00ed misma.\r\n\r\nMaterias pegajosas, que manchan, cubren, o impregnan: la cera de abejas o su s\u00edmil blanquecino, la cera de parafina, la goma ar\u00e1biga, la colofonia, el grafito, el bet\u00fan, el carboncillo; son en distintas genealog\u00edas veh\u00edculos de signo y de trazo. Aqu\u00ed, fluyen y solidifican y permanecen sin recibir esa carga significante. La inscripci\u00f3n que no se produce tensiona la superficie muda s\u00f3lo como potencia latente. El silencio es sostenido.\r\n\r\nLa\u00a0<em>tabula rasa<\/em>, sin embargo, no emerge como tal \u2013 mas bien, la quietud revela murmullos leves, sedimento del tiempo, marcas acumuladas de procesos sucesivos. Apelan a un acercamiento sensible, a una curiosidad arqueol\u00f3gica, a la escucha y al tacto.\r\n\r\n\u2013\r\n\r\n<strong>Helena Civit Kopeinig<\/strong> (Villach, Austria, 1997) es artista visual y multidisciplinar. Sobre un recorrido enraizado en las Bellas Artes (UB, 2019), el dise\u00f1o editorial (Escola Massana, 2021), la fotograf\u00eda y los lenguajes pict\u00f3ricos, actualmente en su pr\u00e1ctica despliega percepciones en torno a la imagen, la creaci\u00f3n visual y la cultura de la visibilidad sumergi\u00e9ndolas en los lenguajes de lo t\u00e1ctil y lo mat\u00e9rico. A thin layer of beeswax, which may have been pigmented with charcoal, was spread on a small wooden board, or often two of them joined together in the form of a diptych. This surface was then incised with a sharp tool, the stylus, the back end of which was usually flattened so that the marks could be erased and the tablet could be reused. Thus, the wax was a soft, flexible and portable medium on which to point with agility and erase again, collecting successive thoughts and data not destined for the millenary memory.\r\n\r\n<em>Una visi\u00f3n incierta<\/em> gravitates around this waxy, viscous, vulnerable surface.\r\nThe pouring of the liquid in sheets articulates a way of working. Gradually, the substance containing signs overflows, leaves behind its rigid support and barely supports itself.\r\n\r\nSticky materials, which stain, cover or impregnate: beeswax or its whitish simile, paraffin wax, gum arabic, rosin, graphite, bitumen, charcoal; in different genealogies they are vehicles of sign and trace. Here, they flow and solidify and remain without receiving this significant charge. The inscription that is not produced stresses the mute surface only as a latent power. Silence is sustained.\r\n\r\nThe tabula rasa, however, does not emerge as such \u2013 rather, the stillness reveals faint murmurs, sediment of time, accumulated marks of successive processes. They appeal to a sensitive approach, to an archaeological curiosity, to listening and to touch.\r\n\r\n\u2013\r\n\r\n<strong>Helena Civit Kopeinig<\/strong> (Villach, Austria, 1997) is a visual and multidisciplinary artist. With a background rooted in Fine Arts (UB, 2019), editorial design (Escola Massana, 2021), photography and pictorial languages, her current practice unfolds perceptions of the image, visual creation and the culture of visibility, immersing them in the languages of the tactile and the material.
