Helena Vinent presenta Accident<\/em>, la darrera exposici\u00f3 del cicle de l\u2019Espai 13 Ens acompanyarem quan es faci fosc, a cura d\u2019Irina Mutt. <\/p>\r\n

L’obra d’Helena Vinent, travessada pel discurs crip-queer i pel seu posicionament com a sorda i disca,* q\u00fcestiona els est\u00e0ndards normatius entorn del plaer i de l’acc\u00e9s, amb la qual cosa reivindica altres possibilitats que ide\u00efn altres maneres de ser i d’habitar el m\u00f3n, de compartir-lo. Inspirant-se en la pot\u00e8ncia de rebel\u00b7li\u00f3 de les bandes punk, l’artista concep situacions en qu\u00e8 una banda de discas -per ara- an\u00f2nimes interromp la normalitat amb accions anticapacitistes. Les accions d’aquesta banda subverteixen la visi\u00f3 capacitista i paternalista que infantilitza lis discapacitadis i lis redueix a subjectes complaents, asexuats, submisos, inofensius i sense cap mena d’ag\u00e8ncia pol\u00edtica ni sexoafectiva.<\/p>\r\n","desc_es":"

La obra de Helena Vinent, atravesada por el discurso crip-queer y por su posicionamiento como sorda y disca,* cuestiona los est\u00e1ndares normativos en torno al placer y el acceso, reivindicando as\u00ed otras posibilidades que ideen otras formas de ser y de estar en el mundo, de compartirlo. Inspir\u00e1ndose en la potencia de rebeli\u00f3n de las bandas punk, la artista concibe situaciones en las que una pandilla de discas -de momento- an\u00f3nimas interrumpe la normalidad con acciones anticapacitistas. Vinent’s work, shot through with crip-queer discourse and her own stance as someone who is deaf and crip*, questions the conventions related to pleasure and accessibility, thereby advocating other possibilities that offer different ways of being and of being in the world, of sharing it. Inspired by the rebelliousness of punk bands, the artist devises situations in which a gang of – for now – unknown cripples interrupts normality with anti-ableist actions.
