La mat\u00e8ria precedeix la forma i la representaci\u00f3, articula el temps, all\u00f3 que ve despr\u00e9s: fa possible el que ha de venir. La pregunta sobre la mat\u00e8ria \u00e9s comuna en molts dels processos i debats entorn de l\u2019art actual, sovint des d\u2019un punt de vista tem\u00e0tic, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s possible abordar el materialisme com a m\u00e8tode. Aquesta exposici\u00f3 mostra les obres finalistes de la convocat\u00f2ria Miquel Casablancas 2024, juntament amb els tres projectes desenvolupats al llarg del 2023 a trav\u00e9s de les resid\u00e8ncies de Sant Andreu Contemporani, amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de Fabra i Coats. Si b\u00e9 donant compte de diverses inquietuds, hi trobem complicitats metodol\u00f2giques. La pregunta por la materia es com\u00fan en muchos de los procesos y debates en torno al arte actual, a menudo desde un punto de vista tem\u00e1tico, pero tambi\u00e9n es posible abordar el materialismo como m\u00e9todo. Esta exposici\u00f3n muestra las obras finalistas de la convocatoria Miquel Casablancas 2024 junto con los 3 proyectos desarrollados a lo largo de 2023 a trav\u00e9s de las residencias de Sant Andreu Contemporani, con la colaboraci\u00f3n de Fabra i Coats. Matter precedes form and representation, it articulates time and what comes after, making possible what is yet to come. The questioning of matter is common in many processes and debates about current art, often from a thematic viewpoint. However, it is also possible to approach materiality as a method. This exhibition brings together the work by finalists of the Miquel Casablancas Award 2024 and the three projects developed during 2023 as part of the Sant Andreu Contemporani residencies, with the collaboration of Fabra i Coats. Even though a variety of concerns are considered, methodological affinities can be found among them.
