Fixant-se en els espais liminars que uneixen i separen, la seva mirada posa en di\u00e0leg els contraris.\r\n\r\nMalagrida ens situa majorit\u00e0riament a la ciutat i en alguns espais naturals constru\u00efts. A trav\u00e9s d\u2019un joc de perspectives des de l\u2019interior envers l\u2019exterior i viceversa, les seves fotografies i videoinstal\u00b7lacions es converteixen en finestres que revelen i oculten les tensions que travessen la societat. La seva mirada, polis\u00e8mica, defuig una interpretaci\u00f3 un\u00edvoca de la imatge, a fi d\u2019habitar certs espais entr\u00f2pics que les seves obres ens conviden a descobrir.\r\n\r\nLes seves imatges fixen les empremtes i els rastres infralleus, \u00edndexs, signes que remeten a moments anteriors, tensions socials o simples gestos an\u00f2nims. L\u2019ambig\u00fcitat visual en la seva obra es manifesta a trav\u00e9s de la textura de les seves imatges, que evoquen refer\u00e8ncies pict\u00f2riques i dissolen els l\u00edmits entre aparen\u00e7a i realitat. Imatges d\u2019aparadors clausurats amb el caracter\u00edstic blanc d\u2019Espanya, un vel opac que impedeix veure l\u2019interior i transforma aquests espais en superf\u00edcies abstractes, semblants a grans llen\u00e7os pict\u00f2rics. Les accions po\u00e8tiques operen en les seves obres amb una multiplicitat de significats: el gest del pintor tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s el del cos que treballa, i la ciutat i el paisatge es desvetllen des de l\u2019interior. Aquests gestos s\u00f3n esborrats, netejats o simplement fixats pel pas del temps, que \u00e9s c\u00edclic i mutable.\r\n\r\nEl seu treball, que transcendeix la fotografia i la pintura, submergeix l\u2019espectador en una experi\u00e8ncia visual de significats m\u00faltiples i el convida a mirar la ciutat i l\u2019entorn natural des d\u2019una nova perspectiva, que evidencia els vestigis d\u2019un paisatge afectat per canvis socials i econ\u00f2mics. Im\u00e1genes de escaparates clausurados con el caracter\u00edstico \u201cblanco de Espa\u00f1a\u201d, un velo opaco que impide ver el interior y transforma estos espacios en superficies abstractas, similares a grandes lienzos pict\u00f3ricos. Las acciones po\u00e9ticas operan en sus obras con una multiplicidad de significados, as\u00ed el gesto del pintor es tambi\u00e9n el gesto del cuerpo que trabaja, la ciudad y el paisaje se desvelan desde el interior. Her gaze focuses on the liminal spaces that unite and separate, bringing opposites into conversation.\r\n\r\nMalagrida mainly situates us in the city and in a few constructed natural spaces. Through a play of perspectives, from the interior to the exterior and vice versa, her photographs and video installations become windows that reveal and conceal the tensions that run through society. Her polysemic gaze escapes a univocal interpretation of images in order to inhabit certain entropic spaces that she invites us to discover through her work.\r\n\r\nMalagrida\u2019s images capture the remnants and the infraslight traces, indexes, signs that refer to previous moments, social tensions or simple anonymous gestures. The visual ambiguity in her work is revealed through the texture of her images, which evoke pictorial references and dissolve the limits between appearance and reality. Images of closed shop windows painted with characteristic whitewash, an opaque veil that prevents us from looking inside and transforms these spaces into abstract surfaces, resembling large pictorial canvases. Poetic actions operate in her works with a multiplicity of meanings: the painter\u2019s gesture is also that of the working body, and the city and the landscape are revealed from within. Said gestures are erased, cleansed or simply fixed by the passage of time, cyclical and mutable.\r\n\r\nHer work, which transcends photography and painting, immerses the viewer in a visual experience with multiple meanings and invites them to look at the city and natural surroundings from a new perspective, one that reveals the vestiges of a landscape affected by social and economic change.
