\r\n\r\nDespr\u00e9s de la seva resid\u00e8ncia de dos mesos a Homesession, l'artista Furen Dai<\/a>, presenta la seva exposici\u00f3 \u201cElision\u201d.\r\n\r\nLa ciutat existeix dues vegades: com a concepte des de dalt i com a experi\u00e8ncia viscuda des de dins. \r\n\r\nAfter her two-month residency at Homesession, the artist\u00a0Furen Dai<\/a>, presents her exhibition \u2018Elision\u2019.\r\n\r\nThe city exists twice: as a concept from above, and as a lived experience from within. Furen Dai's photographs explore this dialectical relation between vertical vision and horizontal wandering, reflecting Michel de Certeau's understanding of city navigation. \"The act of walking is to the urban system what the speech act is to language or to the statements uttered,\"<\/a>[1]<\/sup>\u00a0he wrote.\r\nComprehending the city requires both perspectives\u2014elevated views presenting it as readable text and street-level observations capturing transformative practices. Like a gardener who envisions from a temporal and spatial distance while engaging directly with the sensory experience and the immediate surroundings, this tension creates a dual condition: systematic yet random, visible yet concealed\u2014a perpetual negotiation where the city, like poems, is defined equally by the gaps and filled areas.<\/em>\r\n
