Pantalla Pavell\u00f3<\/strong> \u00e9s el cicle de cinema projectat directament sobre el travert\u00ed del Pavell\u00f3 Mies van der Rohe que aprofundeix en la relaci\u00f3 entre l\u2019entorn constru\u00eft, els seus l\u00edmits i fronteres, les persones que l\u2019habiten i com aquesta relaci\u00f3 s\u2019accentua i es revela en la seva m\u00e0xima expressi\u00f3. L\u2019arquitectura, i amb ella les nostres ciutats, determinen i influeixen en la manera com vivim, igual que les nostres normes de conviv\u00e8ncia i les lleis que regeixen les nostres societats. Una reflexi\u00f3 sobre l\u2019entorn constru\u00eft que ens envolta, les ciutats que desitgem i, per tant, la societat que volem.<\/p>\r\n

El cicle d\u2019enguany, sota el t\u00edtol Som les cases on vivim<\/strong>, ens convida a reflexionar sobre l\u2019espai dom\u00e8stic, la conviv\u00e8ncia i l\u2019arquitectura a trav\u00e9s de tres pel\u00b7l\u00edcules: La Zona d\u2019Inter\u00e8s<\/strong>\u00a0de Jonathan Glazer, Casa Reynal<\/strong> de Laia Manresa i Par\u00e0sits<\/strong> de Bong Joon-ho. Cadascuna d\u2019elles, des de perspectives molt diferents, aborda la relaci\u00f3 entre les persones i els llocs que habiten. Aquestes projeccions ens conviden a pensar com l\u2019entorn configura les nostres vides i com nosaltres, alhora, transformem els espais que ocupem.<\/p>\r\n

\u2018Pantalla Pavell\u00f3\u2019 es el ciclo de cine proyectado directamente sobre el travertino del Pabell\u00f3n Mies van der Rohe que profundiza en la relaci\u00f3n entre el entorno construido, sus l\u00edmites y fronteras, las personas que lo habitan y c\u00f3mo esta relaci\u00f3n se acent\u00faa y se revela en su m\u00e1xima expresi\u00f3n. La arquitectura, y con ella nuestras ciudades, determinan e influyen en la manera en que vivimos, al igual que nuestras normas de convivencia y las leyes que rigen nuestras sociedades. Una reflexi\u00f3n sobre el entorno construido que nos rodea, las ciudades que deseamos y, por lo tanto, la sociedad que queremos.<\/p>\r\n

El ciclo de este a\u00f1o, bajo el t\u00edtulo Somos las casas en las que vivimos<\/strong>, nos invita a reflexionar sobre el espacio dom\u00e9stico, la convivencia y la arquitectura a trav\u00e9s de tres pel\u00edculas: La Zona de Inter\u00e9s<\/strong> de Jonathan Glazer, Casa Reynal<\/strong>de Laia Manresa y Par\u00e1sitos<\/strong> de Bong Joon-ho. Cada una de ellas, desde perspectivas muy diferentes, aborda la relaci\u00f3n entre las personas y los lugares que habitan. Estas proyecciones nos invitan a pensar c\u00f3mo el entorno configura nuestras vidas y c\u00f3mo nosotros, a su vez, transformamos los espacios que ocupamos.<\/p>\r\n

When summer arrives, a new cycle of Pantalla Pavell\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0begins, the open-air film series that transforms the travertine wall of the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion into a large screen and, through a conversation space, contextualizes in each of the films the role that architecture plays in the way we live our lives.<\/p>\r\n

This year\u2019s cycle, under de title\u00a0We are the houses we live in<\/strong>, invites us to reflect on domestic space, coexistence and architecture through three films: The Interest Zone<\/em>\u00a0by Jonathan Glazer, Casa Reynal<\/em> by Laia Manresa and\u00a0Parasite<\/em>\u00a0by Bong Joon-ho. Each of them, from very different perspectives, addresses the relationship between people and the places they inhabit, and shows us how the environment shapes our lives and how, at the same time, we transform the spaces we occupy.<\/p>\r\n

This Monday, 7 July, the cycle starts with The Interest Zone <\/em>film by Jonathan Glazer, presented by Ivan Blasi, curator of the program Som les cases on vivim.<\/p>\r\n

In 1943, the commandant of Auschwitz, Rudolf H\u00f6ss, lives with his wife Hedwig and their five children in an idyllic house next to the concentration camp. H\u00f6ss takes the children swimming and fishing, and Hedwig spends most of her time tending the garden. Servants take care of the household chores, while the prisoners\u2019 belongings are left with the family.
