Durant quatre dies de casal utilitzarem el fang com a mitj\u00e0 per observar, interpretar i traslladar l\u2019entorn que envolta el centre.\r\n\r\nAprendrem a fer rajoles a partir de planxes de fang, aix\u00ed com a elaborar esmalts i decoracions amb terres i materials recollits a les zones d\u2019obres dels voltants.\r\n\r\nEl casal est\u00e0 pensat com una creaci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva, orientat a la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019una pe\u00e7a conjunta que s\u2019instal\u00b7lar\u00e0 a l\u2019exterior de la Escocesa. Tot i aix\u00ed, cada participant es podr\u00e0 endur una o dues rajoles com a record.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h4><strong>programa<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<strong>Dimarts 30 de juny\u00a0de 17:30h a 20h<\/strong>\r\nIntroducci\u00f3 al taller. Farem una passejada pels voltants de la Escocesa per recollir materials i observar l\u2019entorn. A partir d\u2019aix\u00f2, extraurem idees, formes i textures que ens ajudaran a construir la narrativa del mural.\r\n<strong>Dimecres 1\u00a0de juliol de 17:30h a 20h<\/strong>\r\nTreball amb el material: prepararem les planxes de fang i els materials que utilitzarem per esmaltar i decorar les rajoles.\r\n<strong>Dijous 2\u00a0de juliol de 17:30h a 20h<\/strong>\r\nA partir de les planxes preparades, retallarem les rajoles i treballarem el modelatge de formes i textures.\r\n<strong>Divendres 3\u00a0de juliol de 17:30h a 20h<\/strong>\r\nDecoraci\u00f3 final de les rajoles amb esmalts elaborats a partir de terres i altres materials recollits durant el proc\u00e9s.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h4><strong>bios<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/mariaroyde\/?hl=es\">Maria Roy<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s una artista i ceramista que treballa amb t\u00e8cniques artesanals tant tradicionals com experimentals per a explorar, entendre i assimilar el m\u00f3n que l'envolta. La seva principal \u00e0rea d'estudi \u00e9s la terra, entesa com un material viu que narra la hist\u00f2ria, la pol\u00edtica i l'ecologia del seu entorn. Les seves obres tradueixen la pr\u00f2pia materialitat que ofereix el s\u00f2l, creant escultures que reflecteixen les geografies locals en les quals es desenvolupen.\r\n\r\nInvestigant la cer\u00e0mica com un mitj\u00e0 arqueol\u00f2gic, Maria t\u00e9 com a objectiu recuperar narratives que ens connectin amb el nostre entorn a trav\u00e9s dels objectes i les seves materialitats. Daremos un paseo por los alrededores de la Escocesa para recoger materiales y observar el entorno. A partir de esto, extraeremos ideas, formas y texturas que nos ayudar\u00e1n a construir la narrativa del mural.\r\n<strong>Mi\u00e9rcoles 1 de julio de 17:30h a 20h<\/strong>\r\nTrabajo con el material: prepararemos las planchas de barro y los materiales, que luego utilizaremos para esmaltar y decorar las baldosas.\r\n<strong>Jueves 2 de julio de 17:30h a 20h<\/strong>\r\nA partir de las planchas preparadas, recortaremos las baldosas y trabajaremos el modelado de formas y texturas.\r\n<strong>Viernes 3 de julio de 17:30h a 20h<\/strong>\r\nDecoraci\u00f3n final de las baldosas con esmaltes elaborados a partir de tierras y otros materiales recogidos durante el proceso.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h4><strong>bios<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/mariaroyde\/?hl=es\">Maria Roy<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0es una artista y ceramista que trabaja con t\u00e9cnicas artesanales tanto tradicionales como experimentales para explorar, entender y asimilar el mundo que la rodea. Over the course of four days, we\u2019ll use clay as a medium to observe, interpret, and capture the surroundings of the center.\r\n\r\nWe\u2019ll learn how to make tiles from sheets of clay, as well as how to create glazes and decorations using earth and materials collected from nearby construction sites.\r\n\r\nThe camp is designed as a collective creation, focused on making a joint piece that will be installed outside La Escocesa. Each participant will also be able to take home one or two tiles as a souvenir.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h4><strong>program<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<strong>Tuesday, June 30 from 17:30h to 20h<\/strong>\r\nIntroduction to the workshop. We will take a walk around the Escocesa to collect materials and observe the surroundings. From this, we will draw ideas, shapes, and textures that will help us build the narrative of the mural.\r\n<strong>Wednesday, July 1\u00a0from 17:30h to 20h<\/strong>\r\nWorking with the materials: we will prepare the clay slabs and materials, which we will then use to glaze and decorate the tiles.\r\n\r\n<strong>Thursday, July 2\u00a0 from 17:30h to 20h<\/strong>\r\nUsing the prepared slabs, we will cut out the tiles and work on shaping forms and textures.\r\n\r\n<strong>Friday, July 3\u00a0from 17:30h to 20h<\/strong>\r\nFinal decoration of the tiles with glazes made from clays and other materials collected during the process.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h4><strong>bios<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/mariaroyde\/?hl=es\">Maria Roy<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0is an artist and ceramist who works with both traditional and experimental craft techniques to explore, understand, and assimilate the world around her. Her main area of study is earth, understood as a living material that narrates the history, politics, and ecology of its environment. Her works translate the very materiality offered by the soil, creating sculptures that reflect the local geographies in which they are developed.\r\n\r\nInvestigating ceramics as an archaeological medium, Maria aims to recover narratives that connect us to our environment through objects and their materialities.
