Obertes al p\u00fablic, aquestes trobades busquen afavorir la interacci\u00f3 entre lxs artistes i el context local.\r\n\r\nLa pr\u00f2xima sessi\u00f3 de Paratext tindr\u00e0 lloc el\u00a0<strong>dimarts, 30 de juny a les 19 h<\/strong>\u00a0a la Sala Ricson d\u2019Hangar.\r\n\r\nAmb les presentacions de:\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/hangar.org\/ca\/victor-perez-pallares-seto\/\">Victor P\u00e9rez-Pallar\u00e8s Set\u00f3<\/a>\u00a0(Estada mitjana)\r\nNascut i criat a Internet, la seva pr\u00e0ctica se centra en l\u2019estudi est\u00e8tic d\u2019aquells microfen\u00f2mens que es troba mentre camina en l\u00ednia. Explorant les raons i emocions estil\u00edstiques que defineixen les expressions comunit\u00e0ries a l\u2019espai virtual; i imitant els patrons funcionals, compositius o de comportament de les interf\u00edcies humanes. Aquests mecanismes li permeten, primerament, aproximar-se des de la teoria, a les definicions m\u00e9s fict\u00edcies dels diccionaris pixelats.\r\n\r\nEn desconnectar-se de la intemp\u00e8rie immaterial, treballa amb els rastres recollits i els transforma en exercicis o aproximacions formals. Aquestes peces, que incorporen les caracter\u00edstiques essencials de cada fenomen estudiat, li permeten una comprensi\u00f3 que va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la teoria, obrint un espai de tr\u00e0nsit entre el digital i l\u2019anal\u00f2gic, amb la voluntat de convidar a una immersi\u00f3 cr\u00edtica sostinguda.\r\n<div>\r\n\r\nAl Paratext, Victor presentar\u00e0\u00a0<em>Matching the Freak<\/em>; una exploraci\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 que surt de la norma sense demanar-ho, del comportament capritx\u00f3s, i de com all\u00f2 que s\u2019escapa \u00e9s, de fet, el que sost\u00e9 tot la resta. Freaks, glitch i tics. Una obertura als interrogants i les mat\u00e8ries que ha tingut durant aquests \u00faltims mesos.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/hangar.org\/ca\/residents\/artistes-residents\/eduard-ruiz-2\/\">Eduard Ruiz<\/a>\u00a0(Estada llarga)\r\nLa seva pr\u00e0ctica art\u00edstica explora com habitem el territori i les formes simb\u00f2liques i materials que el configuren. Treballa amb mapes, documents oficials, paisatges impresos en bitllets, passaports o monedes, aix\u00ed com amb materials trobats o elements residuals. A trav\u00e9s d\u2019aquests, investiga les pol\u00edtiques invisibles que regulen l\u2019espai i condicionen el comportament i les relacions entre \u00e9ssers vius humans i no humans. El seu treball s\u2019arrela sovint en contextos naturals alterats per la industrialitzaci\u00f3, i es desenvolupa mitjan\u00e7ant instal\u00b7lacions, escultures i fotografies. Una constant en la seva pr\u00e0ctica \u00e9s el treball amb materials considerats banals o funcionals, dels quals elimina el significat convencional, aconseguint que el que es destina a un \u00fas espec\u00edfic es pugui considerar una obra aut\u00f2noma.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/hangar.org\/ca\/residents-estada-mitjana\/aura-roig\/\">Aura Roig<\/a>\u00a0(Estada mitjana)\r\nAura Roig va estudiar Belles Arts a la Universitat de Barcelona. Actualment\u00a0 a Berl\u00edn. A trav\u00e9s de la pintura, Roig combina humor, conflictes i experi\u00e8ncies personals dins d\u2019un realisme m\u00e0gic on els cossos es fusionen amb objectes i vegetals per explorar temes com la cura, el g\u00e8nere i els rols familiars. Al llen\u00e7, all\u00f2 que \u00e9s dom\u00e8stic i absurd conviuen, revelant la naturalesa surrealista de les tradicions i de la vida quotidiana.\r\n\r\nAl Paratext presentar\u00e0\u00a0<em>Tomates, ous i rius<\/em>, el treball de pintura que ha desenvolupat al taller durant els darrers sis mesos, i compartir\u00e0 els processos i les l\u00ednies de treball que han vertebrat aquesta recerca, en una mena d\u2019obertura digital del seu estudi. He explores the stylistic reasons and emotional textures that shape communal expressions in virtual spaces, mirroring the functional, compositional, and behavioral patterns of human interfaces. These mechanisms allow him to approach, first through theory, the most fictional definitions of pixelated dictionaries.\r\n\r\nOnce disconnected from the immaterial outdoors, he works with the traces he has collected, transforming them into exercises and formal explorations. These pieces, which embody the essential qualities of each phenomenon studied, enable an understanding that moves beyond theory, opening a space of transition between the digital and the analog, inviting a sustained and critical immersion.\r\n\r\nAt Paratext, Victor will present\u00a0<em data-start=\"33\" data-end=\"53\">Matching the Freak<\/em>, an exploration of everything that falls outside the norm without intending to, of erratic and whimsical behavior, and of how what slips through the cracks is, in fact, what holds everything else together. He works with maps, official documents, and landscapes printed on banknotes, passports or coins, as well as found materials and residual elements. Through these, he investigates the invisible policies that regulate space and shape the behaviour of, and relationships between, human and non-human living beings. Often rooted in natural environments altered by industrialisation, his work takes the form of installations, sculptures and photographs. A constant in his practice is the use of materials that are considered banal or utilitarian. By removing their conventional meaning, he allows objects intended for specific uses to be seen as autonomous artworks.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/hangar.org\/en\/residents-estada-mitjana\/aura-roig\/\">Aura Roig<\/a>\u00a0(Medium-term residency)\r\nAura Roig studied Fine Art at the University of Barcelona. Through painting, Roig blends humor, struggles, and personal experiences into a magical realism where bodies merge with objects and vegetables to explore themes of care, gender, and family roles.
