El proper dimarts 14 de juliol a les 18:00 h es presentaran a la Sala Ricson dos objectes editorials que cristal\u00b7litzen alguns dels aprenentatges d\u2019InfraManteniment,<\/em><\/a>\u00a0un fil d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica que Hangar ha impulsat durant els darrers quatre anys per dedicar atenci\u00f3, temps i mitjans a crear, reparar, mantenir o fins i tot desmantellar infraestructures de tota mena.<\/p>\r\n

La col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 de p\u00f2sters\u00a0LaaS (Life as a Service)<\/a>\u00a0ha estat coprodu\u00efda amb TITiPI (The Institute for Technology in the Public Interest) i recull la investigaci\u00f3 mobilitzada per Jara Rocha sobre les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies vitals de la implementaci\u00f3 de la computaci\u00f3 al n\u00favol. En termes politico-est\u00e8tics, es tracta d\u2019un r\u00e8gim que prescriu all\u00f2 factible i all\u00f2 pensable, aplana i uniformitza l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia m\u00e9s quotidiana, enrigideix les condicions materials de possibilitat en el repartiment de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia amb la tecnologia i imposa esquemes de subjectivitat i de conviv\u00e8ncia mediats log\u00edsticament. A la seva presentaci\u00f3, Jara parlar\u00e0 de la seva experi\u00e8ncia durant el fellowship Hangar-La Virreina i navegar\u00e0 pel seu compendi narratiu en format wiki. Els quatre p\u00f2sters dissenyats per Alix Turcq \u2014en diverses lleng\u00fces i de recorreguts bigarrats\u2014 agiten les veus de les persones col\u00b7laboradores, entrevistades i c\u00f2mplices convocades durant el proc\u00e9s d\u2019investigaci\u00f3.<\/p>\r\n

Per la seva banda, el grup d\u2019investigaci\u00f3-acci\u00f3\u00a0Po\u00e8tiques i pol\u00edtiques de l\u2019emmagatzematge i l\u2019\u00fas circular<\/a>\u00a0compartir\u00e0 la seva publicaci\u00f3 en paper, editada per Antonio Gagliano i Julia Montilla, que, com a mat\u00e8ria impresa, complementa la trilogia de p\u00f2dcasts coprodu\u00efda amb R\u00e0dio Web MACBA i el retorn p\u00fablic del projecte. Reunit entorn d\u2019una preocupaci\u00f3 generalitzada per l\u2019emmagatzematge i totes les seves conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies en el sector art\u00edstic, el grup ha abordat des de finals de 2022 les diferents maneres en qu\u00e8 pr\u00e0ctiques sovint eclipsades com l\u2019emmagatzematge, el desballestament, el reciclatge, la desaparici\u00f3 o el dol promouen una conversa sobre la sostenibilitat del context art\u00edstic, l\u2019enfrontament amb la sobreproducci\u00f3 o la necessitat d\u2019imaginar alternatives al postulat de la conservaci\u00f3 patrimonial per sempre o el creixement infinit. Dissenyat per Diego Bustamante, el llibre inclou noves produccions textuals de David Bestu\u00e9, Lucia C. Next Tuesday, July 14 at 6:00 pm, two editorial objects will be presented in Sala Ricson, crystallizing some of the learnings from\u00a0InfraManteniment<\/em><\/a>, a line of practical research that Hangar has promoted over the last four years to dedicate attention, time, and resources to creating, repairing, maintaining, or even dismantling infrastructures of all kinds.<\/p>\r\nThe\u00a0LaaS (Life as a Service)<\/a>\u00a0poster collection has been co-produced with TITiPI (The Institute for Technology in the Public Interest) and gathers the research mobilized by Jara Rocha on the vital consequences of the implementation of cloud computing. In political-aesthetic terms, it is a regime that prescribes the feasible and the thinkable, flattens and standardizes the most everyday experience, stiffens the material conditions of possibility in the distribution of the experience with the technological, and imposes logistically mediated schemes of subjectivity and coexistence. In their presentation, Jara will share their experience during the Hangar-La Virreina fellowship and will navigate their narrative compendium in wiki format. The four posters designed by Alix Turcq\u2014in several languages and with variegated routes\u2014stir the voices of the collaborators, interviewees, and accomplices summoned during the research process.\r\n\r\nFor its part, the action-research group\u00a0Poetics and Politics of Storage and Circular Use<\/a>\u00a0will share its print publication, edited by Antonio Gagliano and Julia Montilla, which, as printed matter, complements the podcast trilogy co-produced with R\u00e0dio Web MACBA and the public return of the project. Brought together around a widespread concern for storage and all its consequences in the art sector, the group has addressed since late 2022 the different ways in which often eclipsed practices such as storage, dismantling, recycling, disappearance, or mourning promote a conversation about the sustainability of the artistic context, the confrontation with overproduction, or the need to imagine alternatives to the postulate of perpetual heritage conservation or infinite growth.
