Aqu\u00ed al M|A|C,\u00a0<strong>Cori Mercad\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0proposa una extensi\u00f3 que vol aprofundir en el m\u00faltiple que s\u00f3n els exvots i en l\u2019inventari que se\u2019n despr\u00e8n.\r\n\r\nPresentem el di\u00e0leg entre una selecci\u00f3 dels exvots del Museu de Matar\u00f3 i del Museu Municipal de N\u00e0utica del Masnou, amb una tria d\u2019obres de les artistes\u00a0<strong>Isabel Banal<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Mireia Coromina<\/strong>\u00a0(en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb el Museu de la Mediterr\u00e0nia de Torroella de Montgr\u00ed),\u00a0<strong>Marta Mar\u00edn-D\u00f2mine<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Cori Mercad\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Carla Piris<\/strong>. Volem establir connexions per rescatar-ne els fils que des de l\u2019art contemporani en podem estirar. I \u00e9s que, de cada exvot, emana un fet vital que posa en joc el cos i la seva vulnerabilitat. Tot exvot, tamb\u00e9 parla d\u2019una hist\u00f2ria narrada que es materialitza i que, per tant, ha de mantenir una fidelitat amb aquest origen narratiu. Un exvot tamb\u00e9 parla i cont\u00e9 una acci\u00f3 impl\u00edcita, un component que s\u2019activa en evocar la narraci\u00f3 que despr\u00e8n. Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 el mateix gest votiu, de dipositar aquests exvots en ermites i llocs sagrats, \u00e9s quelcom que des de l\u2019art contemporani reconeixem com a propi.
