Romania la intenci\u00f3 de continuar articulant la pres\u00e8ncia en internet des de la major autonomia possible respecte a les grans empreses del capitalisme global, des de criteris d'accessibilitat al coneixement i de sostenibilitat de les infraestructures i grups humans que mantenen la p\u00e0gina \u2013aspectes que van ser prioritaris en el disseny de la web actual, inaugurada en 2014. Per aix\u00f2, es va organitzar una <em>fase 0<\/em> de treball en la qual, al costat d'activistes, investigadors, desenvolupadors i te\u00f2riques pol\u00edticament c\u00f2mplices, s'analitzessin les pot\u00e8ncies i mancances d'<a href=\"https:\/\/hamacaonline.net\/\">hamacaonline.net<\/a>, s'imaginessin possibles millores i es planteg\u00e9s una taula de criteris que, sobre la base de l'<em>ideal<\/em>, acompany\u00e9s a la presa de decisions cap al (depenent dels recursos disponibles) possible.\r\n\r\nAquesta publicaci\u00f3 presenta l'informe resultant de l'enc\u00e0rrec que en aquesta fase es va fer a Karl Moubarak, Jara Rocha i Femke Snelting (TITiPI). Reuneix els principals aspectes que una p\u00e0gina web d'una entitat cultural deuria o podria tenir en compte entorn de criteris de sostenibilitat. The aim was to continue formulating its presence on the internet whilst preserving as much independence as possible from large global companies, based on a criteria of accessibility to knowledge and sustainability of the infrastructures and people that support the page \u2013aspects that were a priority in the design of the current website, inaugurated in 2014. For this reason, a <em>phase 0<\/em> of work was organised in which, together with politically complicit activists, researchers, developers and theorists, the strengths and weaknesses of <a href=\"https:\/\/hamacaonline.net\/\">hamacaonline.net<\/a> were analysed. Possible improvements were weighed up and a table of criteria was drawn up which, ideally, would accompany the decision-making process as closely as possible in accordance with the resources available.\r\n\r\nThis publication presents the report resulting from the commissioning of Karl Moubarak, Jara Rocha and Femke Snelting (TITiPI) at this phase. It brings together the main aspects that a website of a cultural entity should or could consider in terms of sustainability.
