Aquest mes de febrer, la declaraci\u00f3 de Donald Trump d\u2019emerg\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica per fomentar el fracking, coincideix amb la revisi\u00f3 de la Declaraci\u00f3 de l\u2019Emerg\u00e8ncia Clim\u00e0tica del 2019 per part de l\u2019Ajuntament de Girona i l\u2019aprovaci\u00f3 dels primers pressupostos de carboni.\r\n\r\nLes ciutats actuals han de fer front a reptes sovint antag\u00f2nics: al despla\u00e7ament de masses de turistes, d\u2019emigrants i refugiats (pol\u00edtics, clim\u00e0tics, econ\u00f2mics...), a la creaci\u00f3 de ciutats sostenibles, al di\u00e0leg entre ecosistemes... This February, Donald Trump's declaration of an energy emergency to promote fracking coincides with the review of the 2019 Climate Emergency Declaration by Girona City Council and the approval of the first carbon budgets.\r\n\r\nToday's cities must face often antagonistic challenges: the displacement of masses of tourists, emigrants and refugees (political, climatic, economic...), the creation of sustainable cities, the dialogue between ecosystems...
