La aparent simplicitat d\u2019aquest procediment fa anys que em captiva. El grafit pot ser el segon o tercer mineral m\u00e9s antic de l\u2019Univers. El terme grafit deriva del grec \u00ab\u03b3\u03c1\u03ac\u03c6\u03b5\u03b9\u03bd\u00bb (graphein) que significa\u00a0\u00abescriure\u00bb i \u00e9s sabut que el grafit s\u2019utilitza principalment per crear la punta dels llapis.\r\n\r\nEn la meva obra l\u2019escriptura forma part del principi de les peces, com els esbossos i en aquesta l\u00ednia de treball he necessitat situar-me en la idea d\u2019origen. Hi ha sempre una intenci\u00f3 clara de captar moments, llocs, persones i coses determinants d\u2019un moment vital. El llapis m\u2019ha perm\u00e8s una mena de rep\u00e0s o reinici de la situaci\u00f3. He cercat en el meu origen i he mirat el present, carregat de salnitre.\r\n\r\nL\u2019exposici\u00f3 est\u00e0 dividida en dos blocs: hi ha uns dibuixos que estan extrets de l\u2019\u00e0lbum familiar: avis, pares, oncles... i n\u2019hi ha d\u2019altres que estan dibuixats del natural i aquests mostren persones, paisatges i llocs viscuts, quotidians i propers. El t\u00e9rmino grafito deriva del griego \u00ab\u03b3\u03c1\u03ac\u03c6\u03b5\u03b9\u03bd\u00bb (graphein) que significa \u00abescribir\u00bb y sabido es que el grafito se usa principalmente para crear la punta de los l\u00e1pices.\r\n\r\nEn mi obra la escritura forma parte del principio de las piezas, como los bocetos y en esta l\u00ednea de trabajo he necesitado colocarme en la idea de origen. Hay siempre una intenci\u00f3n clara de captar momentos, lugares, personas y cosas determinantes de un momento vital. El l\u00e1piz me ha permitido una especie de repaso o reseteo de la situaci\u00f3n. He buscado en mi origen y he mirado el presente, cargado de salitre.\r\n\r\nLa exposici\u00f3n est\u00e1 dividida en dos bloques: hay unos dibujos que est\u00e1n extra\u00eddos del \u00e1lbum familiar: abuelos, padres, t\u00edos....y hay otros que est\u00e1n dibujados del natural y estos muestran personas, paisajes y lugares vividos, cotidianos y cercanos. The apparent simplicity of this procedure has been captivating me for years. Graphite may be the second or third oldest mineral in the Universe. The term graphite derives from the Greek '\u03b3\u03c1\u03ac\u03c6\u03b5\u03b9\u03bd' (graphein) which means \u2018to write\u2019, and it is well known that graphite is mainly used to make pencil leads.\r\n\r\nIn my work, writing is part of the beginning of the pieces, like sketches, and in this line of work I have needed to place myself in the idea of origin. There is always a clear intention to capture moments, places, people and decisive elements of a vital moment. The pencil has allowed me a kind of review or reset of the situation. I have searched within my origins and looked at the present, heavy with salt.\r\n\r\nThe exhibition is divided into two parts: there are some drawings taken from the family album: grandparents, parents, uncles... and there are others drawn from life, showing people, landscapes and places that are lived, everyday and close.
