\r\n\r\nArtists\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Nathalie Rei and Ece Haskan\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong> transform La Plataforma into a surreal fair where illusion and truth collide. Inspired by the aesthetics of carnivals and traveling shows, their works invite the audience to play, to look behind the curtain and to question what is really on offer. From Rei\u2019s ironic reinterpretations of childhood fantasies to Haskan\u2019s provocative explorations of faith, power and spectacle, the exhibition reveals a world that is as festive as it is disturbing\u2014a reminder that, in the great fair of life, we are all players, targets and, sometimes, even the prize.<\/span><\/span>\r\n\r\nNathalie Rei\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong> (b. 1976, France) <\/span><\/span>\r\nA French multidisciplinary artist based between Barcelona and Istanbul, Rei\u2019s practice combines irony, metonymy and absurdity to explore memory, ecology, consumerism and the parallels between personal and collective history. Trained as an architect at the \u00c9cole d\u2019Architecture de Versailles, she later obtained degrees in Literature (University of Barcelona) and Fine Arts (Escola Massana), as well as a postgraduate degree in Documentary and Artistic Photography (IDEP, 2025). <\/span><\/span>\r\nEce Haskan\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong> (b. 1997, Turkey) <\/span><\/span>\r\nAn Istanbul-based artist whose surrealist paintings, sculptures and installations explore identity, belief and collective memory through play and irony. A graduate in Graphic Design from the Acaronar Sinan University of Fine Arts, Haskan has exhibited internationally at Illustroweek Belgrade, NFT NYC and Blockchain Futurist Summit (Toronto).
