Considerat un dels creadors m\u00e9s enigm\u00e0tics dels anys setanta, Jov\u00e9 va transitar entre l\u2019arte povera, l\u2019informalisme i el conceptualisme. La seva pr\u00e0ctica multidisciplinaria est\u00e0 conformada per obres que oscil\u00b7len entre la imatge, la poesia, la paraula, la mat\u00e8ria i els objectes. Les seves peces ofereixen un espai de resist\u00e8ncia a trav\u00e9s del llenguatge pl\u00e0stic, i q\u00fcestionen els r\u00e8gims socials de les societats occidentals.\r\n\r\nLa mostra s\u2019articula des d\u2019un centre que batega, cartografiant de manera lineal per\u00f2 anacr\u00f2nica les obres de Jov\u00e9 com a constel\u00b7lacions interrelacionades que fan dialogar present, passat i futur. S\u00e8ries infinites de dibuixos i fotografies construeixen un univers \u00fanic, un espai interdisciplinari que parla del gest m\u00ednim de la fragilitat de l\u2019\u00e9sser i dels sistemes que oprimeixen l\u2019exist\u00e8ncia humana. L\u2019exposici\u00f3 ocupar\u00e0 dues plantes \u2014la principal i la planta -2\u2014 per oferir una visi\u00f3 \u00e0mplia de la pr\u00e0ctica de Jov\u00e9. L\u2019espai principal funcionar\u00e0 com a nucli des del qual irradien totes les seves obres, mentre que les plantes inferiors es concebran com a arxiu.\r\n\r\nJov\u00e9 tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s reconegut per haver creat, juntament amb Antoni Llena, S\u00edlvia Gubern i Jordi Gal\u00ed, la primera obra d\u2019art en v\u00eddeo a Espanya, <em>Primera muerte <\/em>(1969). El disseny tamb\u00e9 formava part de la seva creaci\u00f3 pl\u00e0stica: va crear els llums Vin\u00e7on, molt populars durant els noranta, i va participar en la creaci\u00f3 de l\u2019espai alternatiu Zeleste, al carrer Plateria de Barcelona, un referent de la postavantguarda art\u00edstica i musical i de la m\u00fasica alternativa a la ciutat. His multidisciplinary work consists of pieces that move between image, poetry, the word, matter and objects. His creations offer a space for resistance through visual language, questioning the social regimes of western societies.\r\n\r\nThe exhibition is structured around a beating centre, mapping Jov\u00e9\u2019s works in a linear but anachronic way, as inter-related constellations that place present, past and future in dialogue. Endless series of drawings and photographs create a unique universe, an interdisciplinary space that speaks of minimal gesture, of the fragility of being and of the systems that oppress human existence. The exhibition will take up two floors\u2014the main one and level -2\u2014to give a broad view of Jov\u00e9\u2019s work. The main space works as a core from which all his works radiate, while the lower floors are seen like an archive.\r\n\r\nJov\u00e9 is also known for having created, together with Antoni Llena, S\u00edlvia Gubern and Jordi Gal\u00ed, the first video artwork in Spain, <em>Primera muerte<\/em> [First Death] (1969).
