Com a autors m\u00e9s o menys responsables, ens pesa la p\u00e8rdua d'uns treballs m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del seu valor, que molts cops \u00e9s \u00ednfim.\r\n\r\nPatrimoni dilapidat des de les institucions?\r\n\r\nVull pensar en veu alta q\u00fcestions entorn de la responsabilitat \u00abrelativa\u00bb i la falta d'un marc que defineixi, i preguntar-me qu\u00e8 passa amb les obres quan s'escapen del nostre control. Indagarem sobre casos personals, no sense apuntar d'altres escultures que viuen tamb\u00e9 una situaci\u00f3 en llimbs d'oblit institucional, que \u00e9s el pitjor dels silencis burocr\u00e0tics.\r\n\r\nEl treball art\u00edstic de Jordi Mitj\u00e0, formalment heterogeni, ple de contingut i cr\u00edtica social, a la vegada sensible i po\u00e8tic, troba les fonts en materials de la vida quotidiana que l'artista compila cont\u00ednuament. Col\u00b7lecciona experi\u00e8ncies, imatges i objectes, inventa situacions, indaga en arxius i proposa accions per examinar les reaccions humanes m\u00e9s simples, enfront de situacions imprevistes. Extreu i inventa a partir d'un sistema de treball \u00abdisl\u00e8xic\u00bb. I ho fa a trav\u00e9s de l'escultura o b\u00e9 creant instal\u00b7lacions, publicacions, performances, fotografies, textos o dibuixos. Indagaremos en casos personales, sin dejar de se\u00f1alar otras esculturas que tambi\u00e9n viven una situaci\u00f3n en el limbo del olvido institucional, que es el peor de los silencios burocr\u00e1ticos.\r\n\r\nEl trabajo art\u00edstico de Jordi Mitj\u00e0, formalmente heterog\u00e9neo, lleno de contenido y cr\u00edtica social, a la vez sensible y po\u00e9tico, encuentra sus fuentes en materiales de la vida cotidiana que el artista recopila continuamente. Colecciona experiencias, im\u00e1genes y objetos, inventa situaciones, indaga en archivos y propone acciones para examinar las reacciones humanas m\u00e1s simples ante situaciones imprevistas. Extrae e inventa a partir de un sistema de trabajo \u00abdisl\u00e9xico\u00bb. Y lo hace a trav\u00e9s de la escultura o bien creando instalaciones, publicaciones, performances, fotograf\u00edas, textos o dibujos. As more or less responsible authors, we feel the loss of these works, regardless of their value, which is often negligible.\r\n\r\nHeritage Squandered by Institutions?\r\n\r\nI want to think aloud about questions surrounding \u201crelative\u201d responsibility and the lack of a framework to define it, and to ask myself what happens to artworks when they slip beyond our control. We will explore personal cases, while also pointing to other sculptures that likewise find themselves in a limbo of institutional oblivion \u2014 the worst kind of bureaucratic silence.\r\n\r\nJordi Mitj\u00e0\u2019s artistic practice is formally heterogeneous, rich in content and social critique, while at the same time sensitive and poetic. It draws on materials from everyday life that the artist continuously collects. He collects experiences, images and objects, invents situations, explores archives and proposes actions to examine the simplest human responses to unforeseen situations. He extracts and invents through a \u201cdyslexic\u201d working system. He does so through sculpture, as well as by creating installations, publications, performances, photographs, texts and drawings.
