Bòlit, Center for Contemporary Art. Girona is a public cultural facility that has been running research, artistic production & exhibition programs in the domain of visual art since 2008.

Bòlit works with artistic practices and contemporary thought. Its activity is structured through exhibition programs, dissemination and pedagogical activities, in different formats and for different types of audiences. It offers services to artists, a space for residencies, mentoring, promotion and national and international projection.
It has a documentation and communication service that also publishes publications. It is a dissemination platform and an open, active and participatory creation laboratory, a facility that is committed to both innovation and local and international creation. It conducts educational projects, such as the Bòlit Mentor, and has a range of resources for schools and guided tours. He also works on mediation between art and society.
