Beautiful objectives of accumulation \ Drawing and picnic with Adrià Gamero Casellas
Saturday, 21 March at 11:30 a.m.
Location: Cervantes Park
Free activity, prior registration required at gisela@experimentem.org
Taking advantage of the arrival of spring, we will gather to capture the first blooming of the roses through drawing and thus discover their varieties and differences, with the aim of sharing different points of view of a stage in the life of plants, such as flowering, and compiling the resulting drawings to grow a new rose garden.
Drawing is a way of getting to know the world around us, where through our eyes and fingers we unfold on paper a unique and personal, but no less true, vision of our surroundings. Pencil and paper help us to stop and look carefully at everything in front of us, allowing us to get closer to things and dissect their parts, to better understand how they work and at the same time imagine them anew.
We will be accompanied by an expert who will introduce us to the world of roses, their characteristics and the issues involved in their growth and flowering. The activity will end with a picnic where we can share our drawings, eat together and spend some time outdoors.
Exact directions will be provided at the time of booking by email.
This is the off-site activity of Beautiful Accumulation Objects, by Adrià Gamero Casellas, which is part of the EART Outreach Programme.
