BotCamp 2025: Eufònic's digital summer camp

BotCamp is a one-of-a-kind dive into the world of automation and generative art — a community gathering where technology and creativity meet, exploring the intersections between rural life and digital culture.

For three intense days (July 4, 5 and 6), participants will work in collaborative teams developing prototypes and ideas that blend technology with rural practices. You don’t need to be a coding expert — this is about collaborating, learning, and creating from the very first minute. Open-source tools, creativity, and social innovation come together to tackle challenges like sustainable resource management or the integration of art into natural environments.

The camp features four of the most influential voices in digital art: Alba G. Corral, Antònia Folguera, Irma Vilà, and Lina Bautista. At the Masdenverge Municipal Library, the days are split into intensive working sessions and hands-on prototyping, where participants can get direct feedback, refine their ideas, and experiment with creative coding, interaction design, and digital storytelling — all with the guidance and support of experienced mentors.

The Municipal Library hosts installations by Sarabiotic and Refugi de Fauna Salvatge, two works that merge artistic practice and technological thinking, exploring simulated environments and speculative biodiversity. Meanwhile, at the Barraca de l’Ametller, Quantum Computing Lab and Pandelis Diamantides present live performances with generative visuals and sound — blending algorithmic precision with digital hypnosis, in an iconic space transformed into an open-air audiovisual lab.
