A fiery cross on the ground illuminates the darkness. Does it invoke spirits? No need for that. Rather, it expands a play of elements and perceptions encompassing dance, actions, recitation, projections and music. They are five people whose only real definition is in what they do and how they do it together. And it is this combination of what and how that makes the elemental a process, and the process elemental. It is not a question of understanding it, let alone explaining it. It’s about living it.
