Luisa Granero (1924-2012)

Sala Parés hosts a monographic exhibition dedicated to Luisa Granero (1924-2012), one of the most relevant sculptors in the 20th-century artistic landscape. The show, held to celebrate the centenary of her birth, features a total of 12 sculptures that outline a journey through the artistic trajectory of a woman like Granero, who, during the post-war period, pursued her dream of becoming a sculptor —a territory barred to women of her time— and with great effort managed to establish her work.
