This proposal focuses on domestic architecture as a field for addressing the tensions of the contemporary city, and critically explores Barcelona’s residential landscape through research, artistic creation, and the artists’ personal experiences. Through installations, photographs, actions, and hacked products, it aims to offer a transversal perspective on the issues surrounding the housing market and the transformation of housing into an object of speculation rather than a fundamental right. Faced with desire and the lack of space, paradoxically, attics become spaces full of possibilities.
