BETA presents Mesa, the new exhibition by Portuguese artist Pedro Batista. Through a practice that moves between playful figuration and intuitive abstraction, Batista explores presence and absence with the poetic gravity that defines his work.

His paintings construct a unique language where the visible and the suggested coexist, creating spaces of ambiguity that invite the viewer to pause and reflect on the ephemeral and the essential.
