Water Parliaments: Ebro Lands

**”Laboratories of Futures: Lo Pati”** is a free and open working day for the general public that will bring together people from various fields (farmers, scientists, activists, artists, and architects) at the Lo Pati Art Center in Amposta. Participants will share their insights on the challenges, solutions, and hopes related to water in the Ebro Lands.

This event is part of **”Water Parliaments,”** the winning project of the selection process organized by the Institut Ramon Llull for the participation of Catalan culture in the “Eventi Collaterali” at the 19th Venice Architecture Biennale. Chosen by an international jury, the project uses architecture to explore the interdependent relationships between humans, non-humans, and the water systems that sustain these relationships, aiming to propose more hopeful future scenarios. This is the second of several **”Laboratories of Futures”** to be held in Catalonia, with the aim of learning directly from local people and experiences.

The **Laboratories of Futures** aim to generate and inform content that will be curated by Eva Franch i Gilabert, Mireia Luzárraga, and Alex Muiño and presented at the Venice Biennale exhibition in May 2025.
