Ramon Guimarães, participatory performance "Tasting menu"

On the occasion of the presentation of the publication WORKING PERFORMANCES, three decades of performative recipes by Ramon Guimarães, the artist will perform live a heavy participatory action like a tasting menu, with aperitif, first course, second course, dessert and wine from some of the recipes in the book.
