Dreaming the outside, swallowing the snow is a poetic proposal that seeks to create spaces for dialogue between words and sculpture. While it is true that words lack a direct capacity to engage with matter, poetry can trace semantic outlines over objects—or cut off any possibility of interpretation altogether. This proposal, then, departs from sculpture’s inherent ability to generate physical bodies and explores poetry’s potential to name them. In collaboration with Artur Acker.
