Contra els poetes amb minúscula is a rereading, rewriting, and counter-writing of the work of Joan Salvat-Papasseit. It is an action with and against the poets and, at the same time, a performative, textual, visual, and sound invitation to shape a live manifesto that rewrites the concept of Poet.

Taking the Primer Manifest Futurista Català as a starting point, this initiative invites Poets with Uppercase to carry out a futuristic and avant-garde artistic investigation and creation; desiring and proletarian. Contra els poetes amb minúscula is a laudatory, experimental, and contemporary gloss to Joan Salvat-Papasseit: of Romani mother, of a working-class lineage, and of a loyal nation; of Poet dignity.
