BAR project is an independent and mobile curatorial platform dedicated to contemporary art, founded in Barcelona in 2012. Through artist residencies, exhibitions, publications, public programs, and collaborative projects, it fosters artistic research, curatorial experimentation, and exchange among artists, curators, and institutions at both the local and international levels.

Since 2023, BAR project has been based at HAUS. Space for Art and Contemporary Practices, located at BAU, Barcelona University Centre of Arts and Design, where it has consolidated its program and strengthened its commitment to research, production, and mediation in the field of contemporary art.
