48H Open House

The Fundació Mies van der Rohe is taking part in the 48h Open House BCNarchitecture festival and offers free guided tours of the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion to learn about the history of its construction in 1929, its reconstruction in 1986 and its influence on modern and contemporary architecture.

We also open our offices to show you part of the collection of pieces and documents of the interventions that have been carried out over the years in the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion, and original models and drawings from the archive of the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture – Mies van der Rohe Awards.
