A propòsit de… proposes a space for debate and reflection on urban regeneration, urban planning, and the formal and social history of the city of Barcelona, through the perspectives and contributions of experts connected to local schools, institutions and cultural organisations.

Within the framework of Barcelona’s designation as World Capital of Architecture, the event invites participants to explore how this international recognition influences models, strategies and approaches to urban regeneration, as well as the relationship between architecture, the city and society. The debate addresses both the physical transformation of the urban environment and its social, cultural and symbolic implications.

An open dialogue aimed at fostering critical thinking and sharing diverse perspectives on the present and future of Barcelona as an architectural city.
