De viu en viu, a participatory art installation by Roc Parés Burguès.

De viu en viu is a participatory and playful art installation that explores the relationship between life, live imagery and technological mediation.

Through the use of live cameras, screens and transmission systems, the work reflects on how we consume real-time images and how this mediation transforms our perception of time, presence and our surroundings.

We live surrounded by live transmissions: video calls, concerts, sports events and cameras that connect distant places. But there are also other image streams that perceive the world continuously: urban and natural environments, as well as surveillance systems that document reality without responding to specific events.

The installation offers a critical and poetic perspective on this culture of constant connection, FOMO, and the need to witness everything from a distance.
