Diálogos visuales

This exhibition brings together eight voices that, through different techniques and generations, reflect on matter, memory, and image. It proposes a non-linear journey where painting, drawing, material collage, and sculpture intertwine to open up questions: How is reality transformed as it passes through the studio? What connections are forged between gesture, technique, and narrative? The selection emphasizes invisible affinities: Symbolic landscapes that oscillate between the dreamlike and the critical (Cesc Abad, Rómulo Royo); poetics of matter that turn waste into metaphor (Renata Lezama); the pulse of drawing as a living archive (Ángel Fernández, Alberto Barcia); painting that moves between personal memory and collective imagination (Eduard Bigas, Covadonga Castro). Malka Aversa, through her transitions between media, brings a sensitivity that highlights the processes behind image construction.
