Council of Neobiota is a portable board game played from the perspective of invasive species. Inspired by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), players work together to explore how outsiders to environmental thinking can defend themselves against the destructive power of capitalism, destabilize it, and, in the best case, overcome it.
