That’s Where I’m Going. Echoes of What Was and Did Not Return

Conceived specifically for this moment of transition, the exhibition brings together a carefully selected group of works, projects and artists that have been part of the organization’s trajectory. More than a simple retrospective, the exhibition offers a renewed and dynamic perspective on works produced in diverse contexts over the course of nearly two decades.

The exhibition is inspired by the short story É para lá que eu vou (That’s Where I’m Going) by the writer Clarice Lispector. From this perspective, return is understood not as the recovery of an intact past, but as a profound experience of transformation that establishes correspondences, tensions and reverberations between different periods and contexts.
