TRAINING FOR ARTISTS A Young artists: legal forms, billing and subsidies

Accounting workshop for artists designed to offer a practical and clear introduction to the main economic and legal issues that affect professional artistic practice. During the session, the different legal forms under which the activity can be carried out will be worked: the figure of the self-employed person, the limited company (SL) and the cooperatives, analyzing the advantages, disadvantages and basic requirements of each option. A space will also be devoted to understanding how these structures influence the daily management of artistic work, billing and tax obligations.
In addition, there will be a tour of the main lines of subsidies and grants available for artists who are in the beginning phase, as well as guidelines on how to identify calls and prepare a basic application. The aim is to offer useful tools to start professionalizing artistic practice with greater autonomy and knowledge of the administrative and economic context.
