A M|A|C production

In December 2023 we invited Gina and Rafel to make the M|A|C Christmas: an intervention in the Dome of the Capuchin Cemetery in Mataró. Their proposal, called Tam, pa-tam tam, plant a bean and make the field, consisted of producing a nativity scene that turned out to be the city’s emblematic giant, Robafaves, of which 155 units were made and given away to visitors.

This was the beginning of this project, A sentimental exhibition, which is nothing more than an exhaustive compendium of the works that the two of them have done in collaboration, and also of the works that each of them has done with the collaboration of other artists.

Naturally, the condition has lasted during the process and, therefore, we can look forward to new explorations.
