Pregnancy

FUGA gallery starts off the year with «Pregnancy», an installation by artist Stella Rahola Matutes and architect Roger Paez, who consider Stone (and architecture) as a form of slow life, and that viewpoint gives rise to new ways of understanding and exercising our relationship with the built environment, whether through human or natural action. In this sense, the exhibition is based on the idea that stone is simultaneously a product of and a support for life: a broken slab from the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion, inoculated with moss on the opening day of the exhibition, invites life.
