The exhibition proposes a journey between the visible and the imagined, between perception, memory and fiction. Through collages, fragmented images and installations, the works explore how an image can transform, disappear or acquire new meanings as it is reconstructed. Between what we see and what we believe we have seen, a space opens up that is difficult to define. Perhaps what we believe we have seen is never exactly the same when we try to find it again. Perhaps it is not about finding an answer, but about being able to remain a little longer within doubt.
