From the Gastronomy Guild we invite you to a tasting conference that continues to explore a dietetics of the spirit, re-inhabiting links between body and soul, food and ritual struggle. Inspired by the tiger battles in Guerrero – where men dress up as beasts to invoke the rain – artist, curator and boxer Antonio Monroy invites us to think of the body beyond performance and competition: as a space of offering, healing and resistance.

In this encounter we invite you to taste spirited ferments and shared practices, celebrating that perhaps the crisis of the present is nothing more than the movement of a collective moulting. Instead of competing, here we offer ourselves. Instead of measuring, we listen. Perhaps in this way another force reappears: the one that is unseen, but sustains.
