Critical Perspectives on Contemporary Architecture: Legacies of Ignasi Solà-Morales

A commemorative series dedicated to the intellectual legacy of Ignasi Solà-Morales, twenty-five years after his death.

Organised by the Fundació Mies van der Rohe and curated by Hashim Sarkis and Roi Salgueiro, the programme brings together leading figures in architecture to reflect on contemporary architectural and urban theory and practice.

Through five thematic sessions, the series addresses key questions in Solà-Morales’ thinking: the contemporary city, architectural heritage, the public sphere, and the relationship between theory and architectural history.
