MOVEMENT WORKSHOP "WHY A BODY?"

Coloniality is responsible for multiple ongoing crises today. The most serious: the crisis of imagination. In this workshop for children aged 6 to 11 and their families, the artist “Personaje Personaje” proposes escape routes from this crisis through playful experiences, storytelling, and body movement, with imagination as a companion.

Personaje Personaje (she). Her work as a performer often takes place in public spaces. She combines her artistic practice with her work as a psychotherapist/accompanier of deep becoming processes.

Her work as a performer often takes place in public spaces, while she has also been involved with institutions such as MACBA, the Miró Foundation, La Casa Encendida, Mercat de les Flors, and Fabra i Coats. Her artistic and discursive practice spans multiple disciplines, from writing, curating, and research to performance and dramaturgy, focusing on anti-colonial positioning, the defense of the trans-travesti* collective, and a special dedication to childhoods.
