Tenir llei. Román Fabré, Ian Soler, Albert Riera
The exhibition establishes a dialogue between two generations of artists connected to L’Hospitalet de Llobregat: the work of Arranz-Bravo and the practices of Román Fabré, Albert Riera Galceran, and Ian Soler Bradley, members of the BARSA collective. Rather than a chronological approach, the project explores affinities and tensions around color, gesture, and the boundaries between figuration and abstraction.
BARSA, based in Carrer Gonçal Pons, is conceived as an independent space for research and contemporary artistic production. Within this context, the three artists engage in an expanded exploration of painting, in dialogue with Arranz-Bravo’s legacy.
The exhibition thus creates a space of connection between different languages and temporalities, proposing a critical continuity between generations while reaffirming BARSA’s role within the city’s emerging art scene.
