què hauria de fer amb els meus ulls is a performance by teresa w ・:。.。:・゚゚・* that explores the frustrated attempt to capture a wondrous phenomenon through the live transmission of a dérive. Reinterpreting Albert Gironès’s exhibition L’ull i l’esperit, the artist retraces the journey Gironès undertook while ascending Mount Emei in China in search of the so-called “Brocken spectre”. The performance relocates this quest for a miracle to Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter, one of the city’s most touristic areas, exploring the tension between looking, experiencing and the impossibility of capturing the extraordinary.
