In “Queer Terraformations”, play becomes a performative act, and the landscape—both real and virtual—turns into a territory of desire, imagination, and resistance. Through the Nintendo video game Animal Crossing, a gamer reshapes the terrain with slow gestures: digging, erasing, placing flowers, redirecting rivers.
