A cinematic path. Anna Dot
Performative action within the framework of the festival Això al poble no li agradarà
A cinematic path is a performative action that invites the audience to create, by walking, a romantic film about a nocturnal date with the Ter river. The route is activated through cues drawn from cinematic codes, so that everything that happens—and that is collectively generated—becomes part of the story. In this “walked film,” the path is both narrative and editing, and the audience, along with the beings and things in the environment, become both protagonists and devices of creation.
This action is part of the audiovisual project that Anna Dot is developing during a residency at Cultural Rizoma, and it engages with a hydrofeminist perspective that explores other ways of relating to the Ter as a living subject.
