"A contra-mur": Eva Fàbregas and Joana Roda

The series of encounters A contra-mur is part of the exhibition project Antoni Tàpies. The Perpetual Movement of the Wall, extending its questions into the present. Based on an analysis of the contexts and modes of display of Tàpies’ work during the 1950s, the programme proposes activating the wall not only as a formal or architectural element, but as a cultural, political, and sensorial device that shapes the relationship between artwork, body, and space.

Moderated by cultural journalist Clàudia Rius, the series offers a set of contemporary dialogues between artists and agents within the art system. The final encounter will be between artist Eva Fàbregas and gallerist Joana Roda, from Bombon Projects.
