Island School of Social Autonomy With Mediengruppe Bitnik i Srécko Horvat

The session is led by Cristina Andreu.

Located on the island of Vis, Croatia, ISSA – The Island School for Social Autonomy is an experimental school that aims to cultivate ways of living, learning and teaching together, as well as prototyping how to live a “good life” in the era of extinction. The school’s approach is rooted in social autonomy, political strategy and a model of social organization that emphasizes the capacity of individuals to function as members of a cooperative group.
