The exhibition poses this possibility: if our visionary faculties are extinguished, we will need new eyes to grow, we will need gestures that reach beyond what our exhausted vision can see. They say that action is not possible without fantasy, fantasy is at the root of movement, and that is why we must persist in the exercise of the imagination.

The proposal related to the ARCO Antoni Vila Casas Prize 2025 inaugurates an exhibition space within the permanent collection route of the Museu Can Framis, conceived as a laboratory to test new relationships between the collection’s holdings and contemporary artistic practices.
